GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications, but are not limited to:
• PC 832
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Multifamily housing experience; minimum 2 years experience preferred
• Neat and professional appearance
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Possess basic computer knowledge including MS Word and Excel
• Possess basic mobile technology knowledge (cell phones, radios, etc)
• Excellent communications and public relations skills
• No criminal convictions
• Clean DMV record with good driving skills
• Must provide certificates upon time of hire
